Let’s begin living the future where smartphones are not as we know right now, neither is the way we interact with them. Let the traveller and sport fan’s agent to have access to their credentials (identity, ticketing, reservations, etc.) for human not present transactions.
Just walk in to probe the willingness to live that experience. No interaction needed. Unless wanted. Sport Fans will feel like their arrival was expected. What It Takes to Build This: Four Strategic Pillars
Start providing Digital Trust. Traceability, Accountability, and Non-Repudiation are the fundamentals. Adopt Verifiable Credentials as the baseline for every identity and payment transaction. Agent’s reputation will help the framework to evaluate the risk score of each transaction.
Leverage on digital and physical context awareness technology. Adopt agents for automated hands-off transactions. Rely on Behavioural Analytics and Biometrics technology to seamlessly evaluate willingness.
Take advantage of data decentralisation. Use Collective Intelligence for dynamic pricing, but also to secure travellers and sport fans finances. Adopt transaction monitoring connecting different levels of abstractions (e.g. accounts, wallets, etc.).
