Start of password recovery

The user initiates recovery via the platform, stating that they have forgotten their password. This first step automatically activates the digital identity verification process.

To ensure security, the user takes a selfie, records their voice or scans their fingerprint. Our passive liveness technology verifies that the sample is authentic by comparing the user’s traits with the stored data.

Multi-factor protection

For greater security, multiple factors are combined, such as different biometrics or security questions. This adds an extra layer of protection without increasing complexity for the user as the entire process is fluid and in real time.
