The Spanish technology company FacePhi, specialized in biometric solutions for identity verification and a company listed on the Euronext Growth market in Paris and on the BME Growth in Spain, incorporates Pablo Reig Boronat to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Reig is founder and managing partner of PRB Audit Partners, an independent firm specializing in financial auditing, consulting, and M&A processes. Prior to founding his own company, the new director of the Alicante company developed his professional career as Senior Manager at PwC, between 2005 and 2015, period during which he was responsible for auditing large groups and companies of recognized prestige, both at a national and international level.
Graduated in Business Administration and Management from the University of Alicante, Mr. Reig has continued his training with various Specialty courses in Auditing and Accounting, in addition to being an Accountant Expert Accredited by the Registry of Accounting Experts (REC, in Spanish), a member of the Official Registry of Auditors of Accounts (ROAC, in Spanish) and member of the Alicante Board of Directors of the Spanish Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICJCE, in Spanish).
