Alicante, March 18, 2026 – Facephi has been awarded the ChooseMyCompany Employees® Gold 2025 certification, a recognition that validates the quality of its employee experience through an independent, anonymous, and voluntary internal survey.
The certification, granted by ChooseMyCompany, Europe’s certified employee review platform, assesses eight key dimensions of the employee experience: professional development, relationship with managers, leadership and direction, sense of purpose and pride, working conditions, human relationships, compensation and benefits, and social and environmental responsibility. Based on these, Facephi achieved an 81.25% participation rate and an 89% recommendation rate, meaning nearly nine out of ten employees would recommend Facephi as a place to work.

People-Centric and Customer-Centric: two sides of the same coin
For Facephi, investing in people is not just a slogan but a deep conviction: they are the true driving force of the organization. Based on this belief, the company has built a People strategy focused on creating an environment where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow—because only then is it possible to drive real and sustainable transformation.
The company promotes a people management model built on key pillars such as active listening, honest communication, and a culture of continuous feedback. In addition, it implements initiatives aimed at overall well-being and professional development, including programs that promote physical activity and health, training programs in emerging technologies, and internal mobility, among others.
“At Facephi, we have long been building a culture where people, trust, and innovation move forward together. This certification is not a finish line, but confirmation that what we believe in is truly reflected in our day-to-day operations. It is a reflection of a way of working and relating that defines who we are as a company,” says Elena Cantó, Director of People & Culture at Facephi.
The ChooseMyCompany certification also holds strategic value beyond employer branding. It is recognized by EcoVadis as valid evidence in the assessment of labor practices and human rights, and its indicators are directly aligned with the ESRS S1 standards of the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), covering areas such as training and development, health and safety, compensation, diversity and inclusion, and governance.
This makes the recognition a tangible asset for ESG audit processes, non-financial reporting, and discussions with enterprise clients who evaluate their technology providers not only for their technical capabilities but also for their organizational practices.
