At Facephi, we have received the eNPS Award for Best Leadership in Spain, presented at the second edition of the Customer Centric Awards, organised by the international consultancy Lukkap at the Espacio Bertelsmann in Madrid.
A recognition of human leadership
The award highlights companies with the strongest customer focus, both external and internal, and values management models that have a positive impact on the employee experience.
On this occasion, we achieved the highest national score in the eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) indicator, which measures the likelihood of an employee recommending their leader as someone they would like to work with.

Our CEO, Javier Mira, along with Elena Cantó, Director of People & Culture, accepted the award on behalf of the entire team, emphasising the importance of leadership that inspires, listens, and motivates.
