Identity Profile
The complete record of every verified identity
KYC is the snapshot taken on day one. This is the case file that gets written afterwards, session by session: source verification, history, risk profile, and maturity. When an alert is triggered and a decision must be made, everything is available in a single record, for both analysts and auditors.
190+ financial institutions across 30+ countries trust Facephi
Everything we know about an identity, in one place
Five sections for every identity, all accessible from a single profile.
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Customer | Personal data, verified identity document, geolocation history, and confidence level |
| Risk | Risk score, profile maturity, active alerts, plus device and network subviews |
| Session History | Session-by-session activity timeline linked to the original verification event |
| Privacy | Signed consents, privacy requests, and data export records |
| Evidence | Auditable log of every verification event |
Risk Score
How much risk exists right now, and why
The risk rating summarizes an identity’s status on a scale from 0 to 100 across four bands: Low, Medium, High, and Very High. Every score change is fully explained.
-
Named alerts. Device anomalies, VPN connections, and all signals affecting the score are clearly identified.
-
Auditor-ready explainability. Every rating includes a traceable rationale. A score that cannot be justified is a score no analyst can trust.
Profile Maturity
How well we know this identity
Maturity measures something different from risk: how well we understand the typical patterns of an identity across five dimensions: device, location, network, timing, and behavior.
-
Three maturity states: Insufficient, Learning, and Stable.
-
Affects decision-making. An unfamiliar identity with a negative signal is not the same as a well-known identity behaving outside its established pattern.
History and Traceability
Reconstruct what happened, session by session
The timeline captures every event: login, device identification, network establishment, integrity assessment, and identity inspection. Traceability does not stop at the alert. Every event is linked to its originating verification process.
-
Ongoing due diligence managed as a structured case file, not a collection of disconnected records.
-
Cases can be reconstructed in minutes from a single profile, without reopening investigations across multiple tools.
Built on what you already verify
The profile does not generate signals. It consolidates them. Identity verification at onboarding, behavioral biometrics, and device intelligence all feed the profile, while networks identified through mule account detection are reflected within it. Every signal has its own place within our fraud prevention solutions; here, they are viewed together.
Consent Management, Data Export, and Deployment
The profile displays signed consents and privacy requests associated with each identity and allows data export in a fully traceable package.
Deployment options mirror the rest of the platform: on-premises Kubernetes, private cloud, or SaaS, with data residency maintained within the perimeter required by your regulator.
Key Benefits
Why Facephi
The Complete Identity Record
Verification, risk, history, privacy, and evidence for every identity in a single profile.
Explainable Risk Scoring
Every risk rating is supported by named alerts, providing transparency for both analysts and auditors.
End-to-End Traceability
Every event in the timeline links back to the verification process that supports it.
Deploy It Your Way
On-premises, private cloud, or SaaS, with data residency fully under your control.
Identity Continuity
No session is assessed in isolation. Every decision is informed by what is already known about that identity.

Frequently Asked Questions About Identity Risk Profiles
An identity risk profile is a score from 0 to 100, grouped into four bands: Low, Medium, High, and Very High, that summarizes the risk associated with an identity at a specific point in time.
It is calculated using named signals such as device, network, and behavioral indicators, with every score adjustment fully explained. The score summarizes the status, while the profile preserves the reasoning behind it.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is the snapshot taken on day one. It verifies who the individual is at onboarding.
The profile is the case file that develops afterwards, session by session, capturing the history, risk indicators, and evidence associated with that identity. The KYC verification becomes the first chapter of that broader record.
The score is based on how current activity compares to the established pattern of an identity across device, location, network, timing, and behavioral dimensions.
When a deviation is detected, a named alert is triggered and the score is updated accordingly. This structure makes every risk assessment fully explainable and defensible during audits, because every score change has a traceable cause.
These are two distinct dimensions that are often confused.
Risk measures the level of threat present at a given moment.
Maturity measures how well the platform understands an identity’s behavioral pattern, using three states: Insufficient, Learning, and Stable.
Together, they help distinguish between an unknown identity presenting a concerning signal and a well-established customer behaving outside their normal pattern.
The profile exists from the very first verification event and provides risk visibility from day one.
Maturity indicates how much behavioral context exists behind each signal. During the early stages, it may display Insufficient or Learning, enabling analysts to factor that context into their decisions.
The learning process and representative scenarios are demonstrated during the product demo.
Yes.
The timeline links every event, including login, device identification, network establishment, and integrity verification, to its original verification operation.
In the event of a dispute or regulatory review, cases can be reconstructed directly from the profile without reopening investigations across multiple systems. This level of traceability supports both standard and enhanced due diligence requirements.
The profile displays signed consents and associated privacy requests for each identity and supports export in a fully traceable package.
Data retention periods are configured according to the regulatory requirements of each market, including frameworks such as SARLAFT compliance in Colombia and CNBV compliance in Mexico.
The profile is powered by signals already generated within the platform, including identity verification, device intelligence, and behavioral biometrics.
It consolidates those signals into a single record. It does not replace existing detection tools or require organizations to rebuild existing integrations. The specific scope is reviewed during the discovery session.
Yes.
Identity data can be exported as a traceable package designed to support data subject access requests, audit inquiries, and compliance processes, with evidence linked to its original verification source.
Yes.
The solution can be deployed on on-premises Kubernetes, private cloud, or SaaS, just like the rest of the Facephi platform. Data residency remains within the perimeter required by your regulator.
Implementation timelines depend on the selected deployment model and on which platform signals are already active.
A precise estimate is provided during the technical discovery session.
The pricing model separates licensing and integration services and varies according to identity volumes and deployment requirements.
Detailed pricing is shared during the demo based on your specific scenario and business metrics.
